"Matt was patient and considerate. He assisted me in locating the correct replacement parts for my S500 Mercedes. He was professional and thorough and for this reason I would recommend Buy Auto Parts to others in need of this service."
"These people was great to deal with. I ordered the wrong part and they did every thing they could to fix my problem. Pleasure doing business with them. Keith "
"Justin was very helpful in helping me find the parts needed for my 1999 G20T. Because it was a touring model, there were size differences in the parts. Justin helped me get what I needed."
"Shipping was fast, and Sarra was very helpful in finding out if I had purchased the right part."
"I really enjoy the services that you provide."

I have to say how awesome it was to deal with a Customer Service Rep that was genuinely pleasant and very very very willing to help me out as much as she could. I ordered the wrong kit and in normally would cost a lot to ship this very heavy kit back, but she was able to cover my return costs which helps a LOT! Before I made the call and worked with Sarra, I probably would not have ordered from them again, however, due to the exceptional service with my issues I will definitely be back... read more
