"WOW is all I can say. I spoke to Cole about the problem I was having with a part I purchased several months ago, and he far exceeded my expectation with a resolution. I explained what I had done to troubleshoot the issue (In Tank Fuel Pump) and he not only initiated a replacement part to be sent today, he shipped it 2nd day for FREE.
