"Buy Auto Parts was amazing. Lowest prices around and the parts were delivered when promised. Unfortunately I didn't end up needing my parts, but Austin in customer service made sure returning them was a breeze! Thanks again Buy Auto Parts!!"
"I appreciate speaking to a person representative that speaks fluent English. The wait to transfer me to another deptartment was brief. Matt went the second mile for me. I did not have access to a resource he needed. He immediately found a different avenue to assist me. His service is quick, kind and professional. "
"Best customer service ever. The order was messed up in the system and the techs went above-and-beyond to get the part to me. That's better than when everything goes as expected and shows true customer service. Nothing to complain about. I want to thank both techs, but only got 1's name so thanks Felipe!"
"I purchased the wrong fuel pump, I thought a Chevy was the same as a GMC and did not fit. I contacted customer service and spoke to Dylan about returning it. He was pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. I will keep Buy Auto Parts in mind for future parts. Thanks "
"Jay was my customer service technician. He was excellent. He looked up each part to make sure it was in stock. He also thought enough to file my request so that when I called back to order the parts that the next technician would not have to go through all the research again. Great company. Great prices and fast delivery. "
