"Great service, part fit perfect "
"Great service and fast delivery. Customer Service Rep provided excellent assistance over the phone and about the product. "
"I have an 04 corvette and accidentally ordered the wrong radiator for it. I called customer service and they helped me out. Adolfo was polite and helped me get the right part and waived restocking fees; I would highly recommend this company and make sure to ask for Adolfo if you call."
"Complete kit as ordered. Fast delivery. First time I ordered from BUY AUTO PARTS, I'll go to them first when I need a part. Fast delivery It was sooo easy to order and great prices."
"this is not a paid review, excellent service from justin with a problem that could have cost us more than $500.00 locally. we had no problem communicating with this company, not an overseas company great all american service and they know their products. we will return for other issues with our truck if needed. "
"Very positive experience. Part came one day earlier than promised and it was the correct part. Price was lowest around and I recommended them to my mechanic. Thank you very much."
"I am so impressed with Felipe. There are only a handfull of organizations out there where you feel the seller really has your concerns in mind. This is one of them."
"The best online auto parts purchasing company. Great customer service they know what part you need, fast delivery. I have not purchased a part from a local retailer in the last two years and i have 4 cars. Plus the prices don't compare, Buy Auto parts prices are always 40 to 50 dollars lower. A great American company. Oh i forgot to mention that i had a replacement part sent out to me because one was defective I got it the very next day. "
"james was very helpful in helping me know how to return the part that I ordered wrong. i now have the right part on the way. thats what happens when my husband has me order parts. thanks james"
