"The original order was processed quickly and received promptly. As it turned out we didn't need the new power steering pump for the Honda. All we needed was a .87 cent O-ring. I called and Justine was great! He advised that I would not need to complete the online form as he entered it for me. All I needed to do was ship it back and they would refund the money. Sweet!"

"I purchased a power steering rack for my truck. Had it shipped to my dealer. Dealer price was $920.00 for the same exact part that I purchased for 351.45. Shipping was free you can't beat that and very prompt. I called customer service and spoke with Dan on returning the core. I had to wait a couple of minutes to speak with a human but so much better then an automated call. Dan was awesome and ran me through the process very quickly.
