After a brief, painless hold (didn't have to fight through a hundred computer voice prompts) I was assisted by a gentleman named Filipe (In California, not India or the Philippines!). "Even though I ordered on a holiday, (Monday) I had my part on Friday afternoon. From California to Florida in 5 days with free shipping, not bad. The part fit just fine except for the electrical connection, but I was aware of that beforehand. I think the manufacturer made a change in 2006 and my vehicle is a 1999. The part (fuel pump) fit and after turning on the ignition a few times to give the pump time to get primed, it started right up."
