"I ordered a Steering Gear box for my1994 E320 Mercedes Wagon. Great to deal with on the ordering portion. Problem with the fit. Contacted Buy Auto talked with both Josh & Jesse extensively and the shipped me a second part. Unfortunately same issue. Called back and got James who handled the return issues quickly and efficiently. For an outcome which was not what we had hoped for the service I received was outstanding. Every company should strive to emulate this one. "
