"Great customer reps. Fast and efficient! The parts were correct and work. Saved a couple hundred dollars going through awesome company! Thanks for great service! Will return for parts as needed and would recommend to friends and family! "
"The product was a perfect replacement for my O.E. part and installed without any problems. It seems to be of high quality and I trust it will last as such. Customer service, via telephone, was excellent and James K. was courteous and efficient in answering my questions quickly about the process of returning my old part for the core charge and how he would email me the pre-paid core return label."
"On time, prompt service. Affordable prices to go along with it!"
"I just order an alternator from BuyAutoParts on August 6th and by the 8th it was delivered to my step door I am very please with their fast delivery, I had to return such item back due to ordering the wrong part model and I called to the customer service 1-800 number and spoke with Ed who was extremely helpful in helping me with handling the return merchandise, I will definitely continue ordering parts from BuyAutoParts and recommend it. "
"This order arrived as scheduled, but I hoped it would be a bit earlier based on other experiences. I think it was trucked cross-country when I hoped it would fly. But maybe that's just me--overall a positive experience so far. Correct parts shipped, car now runs better than it has for months. If it curls up in a ball anytime soon, I'll be back to let the world know."
"Great service. Parts delivered promptly. The quote I had received from the dealer to swap out just the compressor was $2100. Spent a quarter of that and did it myself."
"Helped me out with my return problem, did an excellent job!"
"Great customer service and fast shipping couldn't be happier! "
"Parts came fast as promised"
