"Ordered on Monday. Shipped same day. Arrived in perfect condition. I was not able to remove the existing part (owner before me had welded it on!) Return was handed very promptly by Ledel in Customer Service. Nice to call and get a live person in California. Thanks again Ledel!"

"Customer service at Buy Auto Parts was great. Fast shipping and friendly service from a knowledgeable staff. Ledel provided me with excellent service and promptly responded to my requests."
"Seth did a great job helping me on the phone"
"The A/C kit was purchased after conferring with two mechanics. Day of installation it was determined I needed a condenser. I bought a condenser locally at a cost of more than twice that I would have paid through Buy Auto Parts. I spoke to Adolfo and he was extremely help full explaining what to do to return the unused kit. I will not hesitate ordering my future auto needs from Buy Auto Parts and have already recommended to others. Thanks Adolfo and Buy Auto Parts."
"Excellent contact and very quick realisation. I recommend Buy Auto Parts for everyone who need parts for cars."
