"Cody was very professional in dealing with me, I will refer everyone I know on my Facebook page to do business with you."
"I bought a turbocharger for my 2002 Subaru Wrx and I need to return it because before I actually received the part I sold my subaru. The price I paid for it seemed reasonable and I haven't had any other issues! I called customer service about returning this item and they told me if I feeled out this survey they would waive my restocking fee of 35.00 and I would only have to pay to have it shipped back to you guys. "
"I spoke with Cody in customer service on the phone. Very knowledgable about my situation. Fast and easy!!"
"The parts were a great buy and fit my vehicle. Buy Auto Parts beat all other online and store prices with a better quality part. The customer service department was friendly and professional. The parts arrived quickly and included free shipping. "
"Awesome company and people to deal with"
"James K. was a huge help in assisting me with my return! It was taken care of so fast it is going to take longer to write this review than it took to answer my questions and process the return! I will be doing business here again!"
"Excellent customer service. Handled my order perfectly and when I had a warranty issue, took care of it above my expectations. Thank you for your great service Marcus."
"Sales rep :Austin was great. Very patient with me. He knew exactly my situation. In fact I ordered the parts while my car was overheating. Parts work well only issue, (not major) the electric fan vibrates a lot but I guess a few rubber washers wil fix that. Thank you."
"Great product and Great price!"
