"I am very impressed with the quality of the rotors and pads I ordered for my pickup. Definitely a great price with respect to the quality of the product. I intend to purchase another set for my Father's pickup soon. "
"Excellent service! And Calen is very patient when talking with me!"
"This was my first time using Buy Auto Parts, and I could not have asked for a more helpful and responsive experience. Initially a failed to provide the correct mailing address and they made the correction with no hesitation. Once I receive the part and there was a problem, they immediately shipped me a replacement part with no hassles."
"Seth did a great job of helping me go through the steps to return a part, I have bought other part from their business and its always been great, fast and efficient service."
"Very happy so far with the product. Great to have AC again, a requirement in S. FL."
"I'm embarrassingly ignorant when it comes to car repair so I try to avoid it at all costs. Recently I had an issue with the power steering in my Murano but thanks to a family member who did the work and getting the parts from Buy Auto Parts it was painless as possible. I would recommend working with Sergio as he was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I would like to offer you suggestions on how to improve your operation but I honestly don't know how you could do a better job. Thanks, Matt "
"Best price around, very happy with the product! "
"Steering rack arrived quickly and installed easily. Almost an exact match for the original unit from 1971."
"Customer service rep was great! Thank you. "
