I ordered it after my car had some trouble and about less than a week later I received the package and it was well packaged and definitely would recommend
Packaging was inadequate for a 35 pound part. Movement of part in box resulted in a hole being punched in one side of box. Also, one side of box is saturated in oil. Just hope nothing is damaged. And the "Made in China" label on the side of the box is another downer.

Didn't let me know about the option to send back the original part when I ordered the new one, so was a little bummed to not be able to get the core charge, but other than that the part quality was better than the OEM on my car was with improved end joints, and it shipped on time with care. Was much more affordable than the multi thousand dollar job estimate a local shop gave me.
I bought this because of the great price and the detailed description of the rebuilding and testing process. It arrived about a week faster than I expected from the website projection.
