2006 Jeep CRD. after replacing the turbo I kept getting the p0299 code. low boost. I contacted customer service. they offered to cross ship a new unit for a refundable deposit. paid shipping both ways.. but I had to talk with them to give them my Credit card #.. phone support - slow. online chat - fast and easy.. if you have problem use the online chat.. they didn't have same unit for a replacement, but a slightly more expensive unit..shipped overnight air - free..the slight more expensive replacement unit works great.
