As a first time buyer I found the cost of parts (OEM) to be less than the auto repair shop quote. Very reasonable. I did not have to use a chat system as the on line shopping gave me all the information on the vehicle(s) the parts would fit. I also like the free shipping as almost all parts for my car is over $99.00. I am happy to find this site. Hopefully I will not have to update this review because of shipping or other problems.
