There was some confusion regarding the part availability. On my second call I was told the online availability amount was incorrect. Not what I needed to hear after holding for an hour. I was told the item was available on my first call. A difference of ten in the availability number just didn't make sense. I made a third call. Short wait. Eddie confirmed to item availability. Thanks Eddie. Keeping fingers crossed for correct part delivery.
Good afternoon It is not easy to purchase things from US when your country is in Africa and not fully recognized hence limited privileges as compared to big countries with large populations.
