Very satisfied with the ordering procedure, actual quality of the product (drive shaft), however was not impressed with the poor effort to package the item for international shipment by your company. The cost of the unit which is not cheap in Canadian dollars, at minimum, deserved the use of a cardboard box to avoid any damage during shipment.
