There was some confusion regarding the part availability. On my second call I was told the online availability amount was incorrect. Not what I needed to hear after holding for an hour. I was told the item was available on my first call. A difference of ten in the availability number just didn't make sense. I made a third call. Short wait. Eddie confirmed to item availability.
