Site is pretty vague, had to read customer questions to get the info I was looking for. You should only list one item at a time, not other parts that fit your vehicle. I couldn't figure out if the unit was new or remanufactured, because the listing contained both. I am hoping the one I purchased is new. First time using your parts, if I like the quality, I will be using them all the time. Really sick of China and Mexico, they make real **** parts, and I can't charge labor again if my part fails. Although I didn’t buy the part with him he was very helpful making sure I had the correct power steering gear box. I set up and account and placed the order that way. I know the guy probably would have received a commission but I didn’t feel safe giving my credit card through a chat. He was very understanding.
