The web site is easy to navigate, ordering is simple, part was delivered promptly and seems to be right. However, the box the rack and pinion came in was ripped and torn, probably because it needed more packing material around the heavy metal item. There was absolutely nothing in the box except the part; no padding, or cushioning. It was not bent that we can tell, but it really should have been packed better.
Initially I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, however there appeared to be a decent balance. From when I placed the order, I received status updates at EVERY stage of the process. Receiving my reman turbo assembly in only a few days from ordering. It came packaged so well that even our Michigan roads didn't stand a chance on damaging it. Upon visual inspection, the assembly looks good. Once i get it installed, I'll let you know
