"Unbelievably bad customer service + cheap incorrect parts!!! I purchased a AC Compressor kit for my '99 Lincoln. My mechanic told me that the cheap Chinese made evap unit didn't match the hoses of my car. So we didn't install the evap unit as I am supposed to, oh well. Tried to return the $45 part for a refund. MAJOR HASSLE ENSUES! I spent a total of 48 Minutes on the phone! Back and forth, on interminable hold. I am finally granted the refund less any discount ($38+). "They've sent me the wrong part, it cost me 2 days of rental car once my car had to stay at the shop until the right part came from other store. They've promised an immediate refund but they didn't fulfill the promise. It's taking me several phone calls with no solution for my problem. Very disappointing! "

"I received a part from Buy Auto Parts and it was missing a part. I called Justin at Buy Auto parts and he was a total ass. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM BUY AUTO PARTS. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I AM ALSO CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,"

"I ordered a Turbocharger on 12/31/12,on 1/4/13 we hadn't seen anything or heard anything from them yet so I called and the customer service rep told me that he saw the order but it hadn't been processed for some reason and he would take care of it. On 1/10/13 we still hadn't seen it so I emailed them and asked for the tracking info. I recieved an email back on 1/11/13 with the tracking info and it wasn't even shipped until 1/10/13 and we finally saw it on 1/15/13. "Easy to find parts on the Web site. Fast delivery. Excellent packaging. Customer service is very friendly. Unfortunately, their exchange execution is incredibly bad. They will not exchange a part if they ship you the wrong part (mis-shipped) You can talk to them over the phone and they will make you believe that they will fix the problem. However, they will not call you back. Also, they would make you believe they will send you information to resolve the problem via e-mail. Then again... You will not hear back from them... ... read more

"Just to qualify this, I am very satisfied with Buy Auto Parts. Very resonable, great help on the phone when I purchased it. Fast delivery. I have a issue with manufactures. Chev and Delphi The new fuel pump was being installed in a Chev S10 If I knew I was also going to have to rewire the electrical connectors, I would have done something else.
