Initially I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, however there appeared to be a decent balance. From when I placed the order, I received status updates at EVERY stage of the process. Receiving my reman turbo assembly in only a few days from ordering. It came packaged so well that even our Michigan roads didn't stand a chance on damaging it. Upon visual inspection, the assembly looks good. Once i get it installed, I'll let you know

I ordered the wrong AC compressor and when I contacted them, they were very professional and sent me the RMA same day for free return.
