"Hi. I ordered a part from Car Parts Warehouse. When I got the part it was the incorrect part and not the one I ordered. I called and was promptly taken care of by representative Eric Powers at Car parts warehouse. He took care of me right away, sent the correct part out to me the same day and waived the shipping fee... Also gave me a free shipping label to send the incorrect part back. The service was excellent. I wish more service representatives were this helpful. Thanks Eric!"
