"Hi. I ordered a part from Car Parts Warehouse. When I got the part it was the incorrect part and not the one I ordered. I called and was promptly taken care of by representative Eric Powers at Car parts warehouse. He took care of me right away, sent the correct part out to me the same day and waived the shipping fee... Also gave me a free shipping label to send the incorrect part back. "About 2 months ago, I purchased a Mass Airflow Sensor for a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara from Buy Auto Parts. This was a part for which I had been searching for over a year. As it turned out, Suzuki had the wrong part number listed in their manuals and so every parts supplier (the few that actually sold the MAF)also had the incorrect number listed.
