"Very easy to deal with. I like having statewide customer service. Beats Ebay companies where you have to email, and then rely on a mfg's warranty, substandard warranty, if any at all. Also, if they provide the wrong part, they pay the round trip shipping. I asked with several Ebay suppliers. They ALL insisted that even if they make a mistake, there is a restocking charge AND I am responsible for all shipping charges, including the replacement item. Robert in Customer service was most helpful. "
