"Customer service rep went well beyond what was necessary to help get the right price the quickest and most cost effective way. The order was shipped out same day and arrived in 2 days as promised. Worked with us on the shipping since it was to Hawaii and for some reasons a lot of companies don't even want our business unless they charge and arm and a leg.
