"Hello, I'm very happy with the parts I ordered from Buyautoparts.com. My Toyota's headlights were turning yellow and clouded, and they couldn't be cleaned. "Due to receiving incorrect (not from Buy Auto Parts) info I ordered the wrong parts. I called and an extremely knowledgeable agent by the name of Josh helped me get the right parts,e-mailed a return form and reassured me the parts would be here in two days. "Very easy to deal with. I like having statewide customer service. Beats Ebay companies where you have to email, and then rely on a mfg's warranty, substandard warranty, if any at all. Also, if they provide the wrong part, they pay the round trip shipping. I asked with several Ebay suppliers. They ALL insisted that even if they make a mistake, there is a restocking charge AND I am responsible for all shipping charges, including the replacement item. Robert in Customer service was most helpful. "
