Part was a rack and pinion for a 1996 vehicle, so the only choices are remanufactured or trolling junkyards. The order process was simple and straightforward. The correct part arrived and was well packed with core return instruction and label. The core return process and refund was as documented. This wasn't the cheapest choice but the three year warranty was worth the cost. I'm hoping I don't have to do this again but will look here if the need arises.
