"The best customer service ever. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and time Toby took to explain and listen and suggest. I was looking for a part that was very hard to find. He suggested their services and what solutions they would have for me. I sent off the part and unfortunately it was unbuildable. Toby was exceptionally nice. Overall, amazing customer service (short wait on phone and a live US-based, fluent English speaking, very knowledgeable rep), no issues with parts not fitting exactly right (my biggest concern) and even a discount for buying over the phone.
