"Today I called in reference to an order that I place in December 2012. When my mechanic first told me that the original part had failed, I called you. You instructed me to get that mechanic's readings and from his readings you were able to determine that it was NOT the compressor (which I purchased from you). My mechanic (pep boys) then went back and checked everything and found the leak! It was a faulty expansion valve. "This past experience was great. I happend to have a credit do to a previews part that a had purchased and the part turned out to be defective. I'm hoping this will not be case again. As far as my experience with customer service, it was excellent. The gentleman was very attentive and proactive. Also, do to my credit situation, he promised to call me back to follow up and he did.
