"Great price good customer service good shipping"
"I was looking for an alternator for my car, and an internet search turned up about 20 different possibilities. I called up Buy Auto Parts, and they helped me figure out the correct part I needed. The customer service representative, Robert K., was extremely helpful. He even called me on the day the part was scheduled for arrival at my house, to confirm that I received it. The price of the part was far below what the local shop quoted me. I will definitely use Buy Auto Parts in the future. "
"Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He is very client centric! Would buy again!"
"Love the pricing great service I will definitely will come back to shop for more parts thanks just wait on my refund on my core its being almost a week thanks "
"I was very excited to buy parts . Addison were a very good sales man.I will always ask for him."
"Great job. I purchased an A/C compressor for 2006 MINI for $320 less than what the shop was able to find. The site isolated the compressors that would fit my car and provided the guarantee on the form/fit/function. They shipped directly to the shop, provided tracking & delivery confirmation and it arrived on the date stated. Car has been repaired and A/C running great. I will use this business again, if the need should arise."
"The best costumer service. The knowledge and professionalism were above my expectations. I will continue to buy parts from this website. Positive, positive and great customer service. It refreshing to be able to talk to a person. In the automated world of the Internet. Great job. Aaron thanks for all the help."
"I heard about Buy Auto Parts on a Volvo forum. I ordered an alternator from them. I first ordered the BuyAutoParts manufactured part but had to end up ordering the OEM re-manufactured because they were out of their part. They called me very quickly and confirmed order and even though I spent 75 more, I am satisfied with the purchase. They had the best price and delivered on time. I do think they should have cut the next day shipping because the web site said they had the part in stock but then they did not have it. "
"parts were delivered fast and everything is working as expected."
