We had our Infinity carrier unit installed 4 years ago with a 12-year warranty. We have an amazing experience with Bryant. The annual maintenance is always on time he is informative and efficient today 9 /8 The installment of the unit is operating properly and very efficient with a 4 stage heat pump. So grateful for Bryant Heating and Cooling! We were able to get an appointment the same day we called to have our unit serviced. Mark was friendly and kept us updated on what he was doing throughout his whole process. Highly recommend this company!
Mark from Bryant's Heating and Cooling was amazing!l, professional, and personable. It's the busiest time of the year and they made the time to come out and check my a/c and heat. Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was prompt on all calls and showed up on time.
Bryant Heating and Cooling was awesome to work with. The tech kept me updated on when he’d arrive, and once he got here, he jumped right in and got the AC working fast. He also took the time to explain what he did and gave me some tips on simple maintenance I can do to keep the system running great. Now the house is cool again, and I really appreciate the extra care, I highly recommend them!!
So far my experience with Bryant has been great. Aaron and Gary were both helpful and answered my questions and concerns and presented me with the options forwards on two separate issues. I will continue to work with them for issues for my HVAC and plumbing going forward. Also, the communication pre appointment was great. They let me know when they were heading my way and when they were a few minutes out, so I was able to be prepared to meet them right on time.
