My main sewer drain had a clog in it that needed to be cleared. They wanted to charge $375 just to clear it when another local and reputable company ended up doing the exact same thing for $105. Absolutely insane to have that big of a price difference for the exact same service. Plus the other company had much better customer service and the tech was much easier to discuss the issue with.
Very positive interaction! They arrived on time. We were given a reasonable quote. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and very cordially. I will definitely keep their contact information handy for any plumbing issues in the future.
Bruce was excellent to work with very friendly and you can tell he knew his stuff. The price was fair and honest. He was very respectful and professional. I’m so thankful he was willing to go above and beyond to come out and fix our leak. Especially late in the evening and the day before Thanksgiving. Highly would recommend.
We’ve used Bryant for pretty much all of our heating & AC needs since we moved back to this area 5 years ago, and they’ve always done extraordinary work for reasonable prices. The technicians always take time to explain exactly what the issue(s) and solutions are in ways I can understand, and it’s clear that they’re very knowledgeable.
