Bruce was excellent to work with very friendly and you can tell he knew his stuff. The price was fair and honest. He was very respectful and professional. I’m so thankful he was willing to go above and beyond to come out and fix our leak. Especially late in the evening and the day before Thanksgiving. Highly would recommend.
We’ve used Bryant for pretty much all of our heating & AC needs since we moved back to this area 5 years ago, and they’ve always done extraordinary work for reasonable prices. I called wondering if I could get my drain lines scoped out to maybe see if I have a leak somewhere. Bruce came out and was able to walk me through his thinking and explained in depth what he would do. He helped out me and my wife and I appreciate what he had to say. Gave us some quotes to think over and showed me the customer care plan with a brochure. Great service!
I had an excellent experience with Paul at Bryant Heating Cooling and Plumbing. We had several issues going on with our toilets. He arrived right on time quickly diagnose the issue and fixed it efficiently. The pricing was fair and transparent, and he even took the time to explain what was going on and what all could be done. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
We just had our Fall maintenance on our outdoor heat pump unit. They were able to get us an appointment quickly and because of their yearly service plan it was only $10 for the visit. Our tech Devin was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and walked us through what we might need serviced/replaced soon. Overall good experience
