The technicians were able to assess, diagnose, and gain my trust to fully install a brand new HVAC system that I needed in order to adequately heat and cool my house that had an undersized unit that previous homeowners had previously installed in 2022. My main sewer drain had a clog in it that needed to be cleared. They wanted to charge $375 just to clear it when another local and reputable company ended up doing the exact same thing for $105. Absolutely insane to have that big of a price difference for the exact same service. Plus the other company had much better customer service and the tech was much easier to discuss the issue with.
Bruce was excellent to work with very friendly and you can tell he knew his stuff. The price was fair and honest. He was very respectful and professional. I’m so thankful he was willing to go above and beyond to come out and fix our leak. Especially late in the evening and the day before Thanksgiving. Highly would recommend.
We’ve used Bryant for pretty much all of our heating & AC needs since we moved back to this area 5 years ago, and they’ve always done extraordinary work for reasonable prices. The technicians always take time to explain exactly what the issue(s) and solutions are in ways I can understand, and it’s clear that they’re very knowledgeable. We just had our Fall maintenance on our outdoor heat pump unit. They were able to get us an appointment quickly and because of their yearly service plan it was only $10 for the visit. Our tech Devin was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and walked us through what we might need serviced/replaced soon. Overall good experience
