I looked for several months for “the right used truck” for us… drove from Fishers IN to Bob Poynter GM used car lot! Tyler Williams went above and beyond! Patient not pushy! Transparent and honest before, during and after the sale! We had a few bumps but Tyler turned what could have been a big issue into a BIG win! I would drive 70 miles to work with him again! Give that guy a raise! Wish all dealerships made the efforts this one did for us!

Luis was great to work with on buying my wife’s new Equinox. From sales to finance everyone was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The biggest selling point was being able to test drive the vehicle over the long weekend to make sure it was a fit for us. Will continue to do my business here in years to come 👍
