Bought a bed in 2014; best bed we’ve ever had!!! So comfortable!!!! After several years it needed a comfort adjustment.( sagged ) was told it needed new inside foam due to foam deterioration but they didn’t use that foam anymore, a little skeptical I agreed and now our bed sucks. It’s like sleeping on the floor. Thank you for letting us know that we haven’t reached out. We will do so immediately. In regards to the mattress, we 100% back our products. However, when a mattress is completely stained we typically do not replace it due to customer damage. But, because we value your business and wanted to keep you as a customer, we replaced the foam in the mattress. When new mattresses are built, they are somewhat firm at first and over time they soften. We will reach out to you to review your options. Thank you!
Very Poor Quality! We purchased a bed from here and spent $1500+ est. on what they call a "basic" bed... and do NOT like it. "an understatement" Within the first two months it started forming a crater in the center about 1" on each side... We had to take it back three times and didn't get fixed. Waste of money and still isn't comfortable. One of the worst beds we have ever EVER owned. Expect MANY sleepless nights! That's the quality we received.
This business’ communication is beyond frustrating. No one on the same page with ANYTHING! Also, they don’t mention that if your bed is under 1” depression, it’s not “covered” if you want it fixed. So, over $200 later without initial warning, we’ll see if it’s fixed. They also tried to sell is a $300 “mattress pad” that would solve the problem. Hey, we will have a staff member from the Fargo location reach out! We take pride in helping our customers Our warranty card does mention what is covered and replaced for free on our mattress. Which is body indentations greater then one once. We always strongly recommend a mattress pad, because of water, sweat, or fluids get on the bed it will break down the foam which causes indentations. We are always here to help and will make sure to answer any questions you may have.
Buy your mattress somewhere else. Extremely displeased with customer service. Initially ordered two mattresses and guaranteed completion by Friday. We didn't receive until Sunday after several complaints. Company added a layer of foam to compensate for the delay. Got mattresses home and realized only one quilt was right color. Couple months later the stitching started coming off quilts on both mattresses. Emailed company with pictures and did not receive a response for a week. Needed to call in twice to get a response. I used to swear by this company, but customer service for an online order is awful. The bed took 3 weeks to get here and I paid for a box spring they won’t send me or refund me for. Only use them if you can pick up local.
We had ordered a bed before Thanksgiving. Three weeks later we still did not have a bed and were given multiple excuses as to why it still was not made. The last time they didn't call us until 2 hours before we were scheduled to pick it up saying it still was not built despite my husband calling them to confirm it was ready the day before. They could not give us a date that we would get a bed.
