Would never use this company after I saw one of their drivers park in a handicap spot so his ride did not have to walk a few yards. At the same time I saw actual handicapped people drive up and have nowhere to park. Pretty sad

STOP the SCAM! You would be wise to reply ASAP to this missive. I am a dedicated social media user and I will expose your driver's [or maybe it is endemic?] SCAM online on every social media platform. The driver who picked us up on 12/15 #389271*2 offered to stop at a liquor store on the way to the Cosmo. It was painfully obvious that he was in cahoots with the liquor store owner to bring patsies/fares to their HIGHLY over-priced store. Very bad experience with this company, I booked a Limo for 3 hours to celebrate my bday. Driver just open our door but do not introduce himself, either inform us about what we can do or not do in the limo, no Introduction or nothing. I specifcally asked for a limo that I can play my music but of course they sent the one I could not play my music. Do not use this company. They do not care about their clients, management is very rude and neglectful. Elderly handicapped put to roast in the sun for 2 1/2 hrs with no water. Bad people.

I booked a sedan to drive my 72year old mother from Las Vegas to mesquite about an hour drive 3 weeks ago for Monday October 27th. On Sunday the 26th I received a confirmation for Monday. I then receive another phone call telling me they were sorry but the trip that I had booked and been confirmed for would cost an additional $300 due to there website making a mistake and unless I paid it my reservation would be cancelled. Wow. Daughter's High School Prom. First Limo ride. AWG recommended by Las Vegas industry connections. Parker so excited! Scheduled pickup time: 6:30. Not only was her limo late...AWG 'dispatch' didn't even bother to call to late us know there was a delay or problem! I phoned at 6:30 only to be on hold for nearly 10 minutes the (friendly) rep tried to determine the status. It was clear that the ball was dropped. Luckily we live minutes away from terminal.
