We had fun, but we’re frustrated that when we asked for a clue it was something we already figured out. We had trouble getting a lock to work even though we had the right combo for it. If not for the lock problems I think it would have been great and solvable
We went in October and had a great experience in the Malcom room. So we booked the Harry Potter room over Christmas break. The room was great but they were understaffed for an extremely busy time period. Only one employee was there to answer phones, ready the rooms, and give clues to multiple rooms. She tried but we ended up waiting 15-25 minutes for clues. She tried to balance this by giving us extra time but it just got frustrating wasting so much time. We won’t be going back.
