Good service. Happy with the price as well.
On phone it was stated that $75 service fee included lubing garage door. I specifically asked if that was all moving parts and they stated yes. They were in the garage less than a minute and only lubed two points on the door.

I've had a horrible experience. The installers drilled into a Romax electrical line and I lost power in my rental unit for nearly a week. I paid $275.00 for an electrician to repair damage and still am awaiting drywall repair. Furthermore, Shirley Littleton was extremely rude to me when I tried to explain the problem and reach a resolution. I understand accidents happen, but did she really need be upset with me? I'm the one who solved the problem and paid to have it resolved!
