First time jeep owner! I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months. I decided to stop in York Jeep in Brazil. Salesman (Gerald) was very polite and courteous. My buying experience was very enjoyable. I love my new Jeep. Everyone there were very nice.

During this past weekend I was on a trip to Ohio from Missouri. My 2023 Ram 2500 had just been serviced at McCarthy Dodge in Lee's Summit MO. We stopped to get fuel and top off the DEF. When the DEF ran straight to the ground. York was able to help us in this time of crisis and we are so grateful for the kind fast service that fixed another dealership mistake. The cost was affordable and got us to a wedding on time. Great people and even better service!

Michael quoted my repair and the bill was correct to the penny. Michael was very courteous, efficient and friendly, I arrived early for my appointment and they took my truck right in. It was done in the appropriate time if not a little earlier than quoted. This is my 3rd different repair here and I ‘ve always been treated fairly at this service department. I drove 50 minutes to get to York.

This dealership has earned all my future business! After taking my brand new car to a different local chrysler dealership multiple times for the same issue, and never getting fixed, York had the problem fixed within a couple hours on the initial trip! No needed parts, just a slight adjustment, just like I tried to tell the other guys who didn't seem to wanna listen to me, or do the proper research. If you want your vehicle fixed right, on the first trip, this is the ONLY local Chrysler dealership to consider!
