This business is strictly out for money. I went in for an oil change and had a few concerns of noises my vehicle had been making. I was charged $87.50 for a “visual inspection”. And another $87.50 for them driving it down a gravel road to hear another noise.. They called me and asked me about a brake fluid exchange.. I agreed to it, that was my fault. That was another $189. First time jeep owner! I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months. I decided to stop in York Jeep in Brazil. Salesman (Gerald) was very polite and courteous. My buying experience was very enjoyable. I love my new Jeep. Everyone there were very nice.

This dealership has earned all my future business! After taking my brand new car to a different local chrysler dealership multiple times for the same issue, and never getting fixed, York had the problem fixed within a couple hours on the initial trip! No needed parts, just a slight adjustment, just like I tried to tell the other guys who didn't seem to wanna listen to me, or do the proper research. If you want your vehicle fixed right, on the first trip, this is the ONLY local Chrysler dealership to consider!
