Correction on this 1 star review to a 5 star. It was originally directed towards the dealership in Terre Haute and I posted it to the wrong dealership. The owner saw it and contacted me directly. He was very pleasant and even offered to help me with my Jeep. I updated this review to 5 stars for his politeness and for offering to assist me with my Jeep. I already had it fixed, but it looks like I'll be heading towards Brazil in the future. Most of all...at least this business owner takes pride in his reputation. Thanks.

This business is strictly out for money. I went in for an oil change and had a few concerns of noises my vehicle had been making. I was charged $87.50 for a “visual inspection”. And another $87.50 for them driving it down a gravel road to hear another noise.. They called me and asked me about a brake fluid exchange.. I agreed to it, that was my fault. That was another $189. Nice facility and the staff were friendly. However, I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2021 Ram EcoDiesel, and the total came to $406.89. For comparison, I had the same service done last year at Diepholz in Paris, IL for $152.89, and the year before in Florida for roughly the same amount. I don’t understand the huge price difference, and because of that, I won’t be bringing my truck back. I wanted to share this so others are aware.

First time jeep owner! I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months. I decided to stop in York Jeep in Brazil. Salesman (Gerald) was very polite and courteous. My buying experience was very enjoyable. I love my new Jeep. Everyone there were very nice.
