After taking my brand new car to a different local chrysler dealership multiple times for the same issue, and never getting fixed, York had the problem fixed within a couple hours on the initial trip! No needed parts, just a slight adjustment, just like I tried to tell the other guys who didn't seem to wanna listen to me, or do the proper research. Not happy with pricing. $1200 for parts and labor for battery change? (Batteries approximately $480, I purchased separately to change on my own) That's approximately $800 for labor alone... (told it would take 2 hours to change). I was told total cost to add filters change would be $140 some. Only then to have my husband called and told total cost to be $300 some. Traded a 2023 Dodge tradesman in only owned for 6 months for a 2023 3500 gave $36000 out of own pocket reported check engine light on 1 week after purchase!!! And they will not cover it !!! Took truck back several times they would clear light then after taking it back with same problem they won’t cover the particulate filter !! Want me to pay $2500 so unfair and un professional!!!
