I reached out to the company to get a quote on a Sunday afternoon. I did not receive an email back until Monday evening. That email was not an answer to my request for a quote, it was a canned email stating "Hey we haven't heard back from you yet, can you please provide us with a phone number to call you?" The liquidation industry is cutthroat, brokers will send you processed loads with everything of value taken out. Contract holders will send you a good load then trash for 2-3 loads after that.
