As a financial services company, we are highly dependent on our technology infrastructure working seamlessly and tirelessly to protect our clients' data. Wooden Spoon allows us to rest assured that everything is well taken care of. They are responsive and knowledgeable. We wouldn't have the level of success we have without their support!

I work for a capital management company that has a 100% remote workforce. Every time I reach out to Wooden Spoon, I receive a prompt, efficient, solutions oriented call from a team member who takes the time to really listen to me. Their responsiveness is top notch and professional, and I appreciate that the team has a sense of humor! Wooden Spoon keeps all of our company data secure while making it super easy to access information from literally anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

We chose WST for the personalized attention and service, especially drawn to them being local. We’ve had complex IT infrastructure projects during our relationship, and they have been wonderful partners in providing the guidance and support required to drive success. They support us in keeping security and risk management at the forefront of all decisions. Our daily IT support needs continue to be met, and our staff provide positive feedback with their experience in working with the WST team.

Thanks to Wooden Spoon, our staff was able to continue to efficiently work remotely and keep our nonprofit alive during those particularly challenging first months of the pandemic. A... read more

Used Zach and his team in two different locations, both times taking over for previous IT providers who were not delivering on their service. Zach and Wooden Spoon came into both situations, cleaned up the previous mess and put policies and programs in place to monitor servers and their health as well as security. They are proactive in their monitoring, and fix the IT problems and issues BEFORE they become problems. They are always looking to leverage the latest technology to help their clients while keeping in mind their... read more
