Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. We had a great experience with Wiseway Plumbing. Our tankless water heater was taking a long time to produce hot water in the third-floor bathroom. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and solved the problem efficiently. He later came back to add a water filter to help prevent future issues, which we really appreciated. Great and friendly service. I called another company first who told me my tankless water heater was broken and recommended I buy a whole new system. After receiving that news, I called WiseWay Plumbing who sent out Eric. Eric was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately knew my water heater was still under warranty and actually diagnosed the issue. We hired another plumbing company who came out and told us what we wanted couldn’t be done. Eduardo from WiseWay plumbing came by and had the toilets properly installed in 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did and he kept the work space very cleanly. I really appreciate WiseWay plumbing and they’ve earned a new customer. Highly recommend. 6/5 stars.
