Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. This was for a conversion from a gas water heater to a hybrid electric water heater. Eric was fabulous. He answered all of my questions. He even did some research on his own to make suggestions for my installation. I ended up making some last-minute changes and he was able accommodate them. The work site was left clean, and the work was professionally done. I will be using WISEWAY for my future plumbing needs.

We hired another plumbing company who came out and told us what we wanted couldn’t be done. Eduardo from WiseWay plumbing came by and had the toilets properly installed in 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did and he kept the work space very cleanly. I really appreciate WiseWay plumbing and they’ve earned a new customer. Highly recommend. 6/5 stars.

Eric was amazing! Very patient & respectful! Also very professional! Most importantly, he resolved my gas tankless water heater issue, where 2 other plumbers failed… It is a Noritz brand. I couldn’t recommend him strongly enough. Very fairly priced as well!
