Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. Eric answered the call and we couldnt have been happier. He was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions before developing a comprehensive quote. We hired another plumbing company who came out and told us what we wanted couldn’t be done. Eduardo from WiseWay plumbing came by and had the toilets properly installed in 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did and he kept the work space very cleanly. I really appreciate WiseWay plumbing and they’ve earned a new customer. Highly recommend. 6/5 stars.

Our technician Eric, arrived on time, covered his shoes before entering my home, and went above and beyond to fix our waterless tank. Yay, now I have hot water.
