We were contracted by [member name removed] to perform injections on 2 Ash trees. The technician went to perform the treatment on 6/18/14 and found 1 tree to be diseased beyond the point of treatment. The technician therefore only treated 1 tree. Although the technician noted this on his paperwork, it was missed when the credit card was processed that afternoon. The estimator came out the day after I called to look at my lawn, but i was not home when he came over. The person I spoke with when I made the initial phone call took my information and said the estimator would look at my yard and leave an estimate letter in my mailbox. Well, he didn't understand what needed to be done, so he called and we spoke and agreed that he would come by this week, either Monday or Tuesday (today) in the morning. Aside from a higher price,the only negative is that their truck left oil stains on a newly installed concrete driveway. I was told that they were aware of the leak, and they did put put a tarp under the truck when working to prevent stains. That was OK while working, but there was no protection when driving out of the driveway and oil stains were left in that area. <br /> Frustrated that they were aware of the problem, were asked not to use the driveway and didn't prevent stains. They were prompt and worked quickly to prune the trees. We asked for some additional branches to be removed from the maple since some of the branches hung over a volleyball net in the backyard. They also kindly cut some landscaping timber into smaller logs so that they could be taken away during the city's annual spring cleaning. Would use them again. <br />

Called for estimate. They called back that day, came out the next morning to give an estimate. Called two others and never heard back. Scheduled job for May 6th and they showed up at 8:00 that morning with very new equipment and two very qualified men. The job was done and TOTALLY CLEANED UP in just a little over 2 hours including removal of all wood, raking and blowing.
