Jeff answered all our questions. He listened to our needs and researched Insurance Companies based on our needs. Jeff provided us with options. Most importantly, there was no pressure to choose any particular company.
I agree with other reviewers. I am so glad I switched to this company several years ago. I like to communicate by email. It's always handled efficiently. We like the annual renewals rather than every six months as other companies seem to do. Every year our new policies show up like clockwork, we pay the premium, and no one bothers us throughout the year. We appreciate that. We have never filed a claim, so cannot make any representation on how it would be handled.
