Dan returned our email immediately in a Sunday which we were not expecting about our backflow test. Having recently moved to Florida the backflow test was new to us. He fit us in the same week, communicated about the appt and his arrival clearly. Dan was extremely informative and efficient. He also took time out of the appt to answer some other plumbing questions for us.
