My tankless hot water stopped working. Called 3 different plumbing companies, everyone was booked out for 5 days. Called West Coast Flow set a service for the next day. 2 minutes later the owner called & sent someone out to our within 2 hours. They had to.order a part but kept me informed without me having to do all the flow up. As soon the part came in , techs Jeff & Gus were at my house within an hour.
