Mitch and the team were phenomenal throughout the process of installing a generator at our home. We are new to the area and had zero experience with generators, and Mitch spent hours with us thoroughly explaining everything and patiently answering our many questions. The install was smooth, and when we ran into a few unexpected hiccups, they resolved everything for us efficiently and fairly. Just completed the 2nd of a 3 year annual service agreement on our Generac generator. The company is great at scheduling and communicating status. Levi was the technician this year and he was prompt, professional and thorough, including sending photos of the maintenance he performed. I'm confident our generator is good to go for another year.

Todd from the WG-Poulsbo service shop did a great job performing the annual maintenance on our Honeywell backup generator. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and Todd was courteous and helpful in responding to my questions.
