We initially used Washington Generators for an annual maintenance service. We were so impressed by the knowledge of the tech Cody that we asked about a service contract at the completion of the service. Cody commented that, "Hey, that was my line." Anyway, that was 4 years ago and continue to be very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of Washington Generators. We highly recommend them.

I had an annual service done my Matt. He was a wonderful young man, super friendly and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed talking to him. He spent a good amount of time servicing my generator and I would recommend him again.

Washington Gen did my annual Generac generator maintenance service this week and the guys did a good job very quickly & efficiently. This Generator purchase and install altho not inexpensive does give us piece of mind of having power, heat, lights etc thru outages. The only negative ...is during pwr outages as the generator turns on automatically, also powered are my landscape lights (pwr plugs in garage) and a few of my neighbors have told me & I quote: "We hate you" as they gaze out of their cold, cold home at my beauti... read more

Brandon our maintenance technician did a wonderful job. Explained everything he did showed me the generator and went through process of the functioning of it that was very helpful. Washington generator it's a great company have had great service and a very functional generator for five years.

The whole team was such a pleasure to work with. Corey was so patient and answered all questions. Jeremy and his team installed a propane tank and generator in Snohomish for us. It was a blessing to have power during the outages this year. This was a wonderful team to work with.
