Vortex Air Solutions came to my home and replaced my HVAC system. They recommended a side discharge unit—which isn’t your typical air conditioning system. All manufacturers are moving to this style. So I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I made the switch. My old unit sounded like a car backfiring every time it kicked on, and since it was located right outside my master bedroom window, I heard it every night. I am beyond happy with the service Eric and his team provided. My a/c went out last summer. My home warranty company kept giving me the run around telling me it was normal wear and tear. Eric came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. The unit in the attic had a major leak.
