First off I felt like everything was explained very well. They listened to what I wanted, and did great job. The man who installed my air conditioner did a great job. He worked very hard. Great experience with Veterans! They were able to send someone within a few hours. David, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful information and advice about my HVAC system. Easy company to work with, would be happy to call them again!

Great service and communication. David, our service person was on time and thorough. He even had just had some tools stolen from his van earlier in the day and it didn’t even negatively impact his positive attitude and ability to get the work done. I highly recommend Veterans if you need hearing and cooling help at your home.

My experience with Besmir & Thomas and the rest of the team was very positive. William was honest and helpful in providing the quote for my AC add-on to my central heating. The project was completed in almost two days, with the team working on Saturday to finish. I also appreciated the owner, Steve, taking the time to introduce himself on the first day.
