David and Patrick came out to investigate a leak in my water heater today. They informed me that, unfortunately, it needed to be replaced, which I kind of knew that before they even told me. Veterans is a great company with lovely staff. Family friendly vibes. Dispatch is always very responsive and courteous and the technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, well groomed, and professional.
