Well what can I say it's a storage facility, just like any other storage facility. What makes this one a little bit more exceptional is Dawn, behind the desk. Very sweet and attentive, willing to help you out as best as she is able to. 24-hour access gate is a wonderful thing to have, it makes things so much easier. Dawn is amazing. She went above and beyond helping me regain access to my unit after almost losing it. The 24 hour access was the initial reason I rented in the first place, which is awesome. Great place.
If it wasn't for the gal Dawn that helped me through this whole moving mess I would have lost everything I owned. She gave me the best suggestions for my issues. Words can not even start to explain the appreciation I have for this woman. People like her are an endangered species these days. All the workers are very professional and care about us renters. I'll never store my stuff anywhere else if I can help it. You just can't get service like this elsewhere.
I rent (3) 10’x25’ units here and have been using them since October of 2023. Albert, the manager, is BY FAR the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my many years of renting storage units all around Colorado. He is the friendliest, most helpful, and most on-top-of-things manager in all my experience. I love the 24 hour access, convenient location, clean, well-maintained facility. On top of that, the prices literally cannot be beat around the Denver area. Thanks for all you do ALBERT and U-Stor!
Dawn is literally the best person I’ve talked to in a very long time. She is very well mannered and hilarious as well. I absolutely recommend this location. They’ve been nothing but helpful!!!!!
