Love the new Property Manager , Cybil . You can tell she really cares about the appearance of the property and she is very friendly and helpful. Its nice to know that they finally got a property manager who cares about the property and making it safer than it has been in awhile.
Been renting here for some time. Love how it is right off of 285 and the staff is always so helpful. Very well kept property... will definitely be recommending this place to any of my friends that need storage!
Well what can I say it's a storage facility, just like any other storage facility. What makes this one a little bit more exceptional is Dawn, behind the desk. Very sweet and attentive, willing to help you out as best as she is able to. 24-hour access gate is a wonderful thing to have, it makes things so much easier. I rent (3) 10’x25’ units here and have been using them since October of 2023. Albert, the manager, is BY FAR the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my many years of renting storage units all around Colorado. He is the friendliest, most helpful, and most on-top-of-things manager in all my experience. I love the 24 hour access, convenient location, clean, well-maintained facility. On top of that, the prices literally cannot be beat around the Denver area. Thanks for all you do ALBERT and U-Stor!
Today found out all my stuff is gone from my unit. Never called to tell me about locks broken and needed to replace. I have voicemail regarding payment. All she can do is give a number to call. Manager (Ashley) didn’t even have anything to say. $5,000 worth of stuff. Just gone! This is the worst! Don’t trust this place! There is no 24 hour security! False advertising! No cameras but the front office! For their protection! Could careless about the units!
