We had the delight of working with Sierra. We were thoroughly impressed with her kind customer care as she took us on a tour of a few different units. She offered us to see another size that we had not initially scheduled nor planned to look at, she answered all of our questions and optimistically shared all of the features and benefits of the storage units. I had to change because my other unit of many years kicked me out. This staff is extremely professional and polite. The original location was full but they are team players gave me two other locations. She has been amazing and always in a sunny mood!
Do not rent from this location. The employees are rude and extremely hard to work with. Sierra was nice at first, but did not listen to anything I said, became very rude and was absolutely terrible to communicate with. Thankfully, we dodged a bullet with not going with these units. Amazing experience just down the road!
The storage units are definitely not built to keep dust and such out of your storage unit. Everything in my storage unit is covered in a heavy dust/dirt layer. I will be moving my items from this storage unit when I can find the time to do so.
Got a lot of snow and the facility's "streets" were solid ice. We fell removing an item from our unit and got hurt--shouldn't my unit be safely accessible? ......isn't that why I pay rent? Otherwise been a good experience.
