I have never met a rude employee here. Everyone is very polite and nice and goes out of their way to help you. The place is clean and I feel safe going there. My husband and I have also rented trucks from the U-Haul place that they have, and we have never had a problem or complaint. We have had a unit there for several years, and we have had courteous service every time that we go.
they have 24/7 access to your storage unit. and no matter who's working in the office they're always very very very friendly
Customer Service very nice and polite, good people.
It is an excellent storage facility and very well maintained. My "stuff" has been there for 6 years and there are no signs of critters, moisture or insects bothering my things. So refreshing to see a nice climate controlled unit and alleviate the worrisome stress of my property getting damaged by outside "pests" and/or temperatures. I think their fees have been reasonable.
