I’ve been at this location for several years the price is great , the location is bad, but I had a severe rodent issue the past year and winter! I didn’t appreciate the fact that I basically had to combat them myself and after several months. When I asked the owner for some assistance I was told if I wanted to move out he would refund the payment I had just made if I wanted to move out, this dead in the middle of winter. I’m 100% positive my unit will be available before next winter.
I’ve used U-Stor on two separate occasions and both times were great experiences. They really do standout in customer service and professionalism. Clean, no bugs/rodents, well-maintained 24 hour security and friendly staff. They do a great job communicating their policies. No hidden fees or price spikes.
What a stunning location! Sarah delivered outstanding customer service, and I am thrilled with my choice. The facility is well-maintained and clean, which is a top priority for me. Currently, this is my preferred storage option, and I would highly recommend it to others. However, since I secured the last available unit, prospective customers will need to wait their turn. Act quickly, as there are others eager to obtain a unit!

Unfortunately a security alarm has been going off for two days now! No one has shut it off. Very annoying for the neighbors.
